Steps
1 Done | Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut into 1/4 inch thick fries. |
2 Done | In a bowl mix the cornstarch and club soda. In batches, add sweet potatoes and toss to coat. |
3 Done | Fry sweet potato one at a time so they don't stick together, until golden brown and crispy or about 7 to 9 minutes. |
4 Done | To serve, season the sweet potatoes with kosher salt and chopped parsley, |
