For the chocolate sauce
- 3/4 cup Tapioca starch
- 2 1/2 cups
- 1 1/2 tablespoons
- 1/4 teaspoon
- 1 1/2 cups Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Whole milk

Steps
1 Done | The wafflesIn a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. |
2 Done | Ladle some of the batter into the waffle maker and cook for about 5 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. |
3 Done | The chocolate sauceIn a medium size saucepan, place the sugar, cocoa powder, flour and salt. |
4 Done | Add the remaining milk and bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, and continue whisk to blend thoroughly. |
5 Done | Reduce the heat to low and simmer gently for about 5 minutes, and keep whisking. |
6 Done | To serve, place the waffles on a plate and serve with banana slices, and top with hot chocolate sauce. |
