The wafflesIn a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. |

Ladle some of the batter into the waffle maker and cook for about 5 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. |

The chocolate sauceIn a medium size saucepan, place the sugar, cocoa powder, flour and salt. |

Add the remaining milk and bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, and continue whisk to blend thoroughly. |

Reduce the heat to low and simmer gently for about 5 minutes, and keep whisking. |
