Steps
1 Done | Heat up the oil on a non-sticky pan. Fry the chicken egg until cooked. Remove from heat and set aside. |
2 Done | Sauté shallots, garlic, red chilies until fragrant. Add water, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, and chili sauce. |
3 Done | Add the fried egg. Stir slowly. Cook until the spices are absorbed. |
4 Done | Remove from heat and serve with hot steamed rice, garnish with chopped green onions. |
