Banana Peanut Butter Sandwich
With whole wheat bread
Choose to mash the banana instead of thick slices if desired
6 slices Whole-wheat bread
4 tablespoons Peanut butterPreferably smooth
1 tablespoon Olive oil
An interesting idea to prepare not only quick but healthy breakfast too. It is very well known that banana can help to lower blood pressure. Besides, banana also can protect our heart health and considered as a mood enhancer.
Smear the peanut butter on both slices of whole-meat bread.
Cut the banana into thick slices about 7 mm and layer them over just one slice of the bread.
Place both slices on top of each other.
Add oil to pan and fry each side over medium heat for about 3 minutes or golden brown.
To serve, halve sandwich or serve whole piece if you desired.
