Soto Bandung is a typical soto from Bandung, West Java. At first glance, this beef-based soto is almost the same as other types of soto, but what makes it different is the addition of radish, tomato, and fried soybeans in it. Soto without coconut milk is usually eaten with rice and crackers.

Red cayenne pepper to taste

How to make :

Bring the water to a boil. Add horseradish and a pinch of salt. Cook until the radish is soft. Turn off the heat and drain

Puree the onion, garlic, and pepper. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan, then add the ground spices, lemon grass, galangal, and ginger. Cook until the spices are cooked.

When it's cooked, add beef stock, water, and beef ribs. Cook until boiling.

Add horseradish, salt, sugar, and ground beef broth. Stir well. Cook until the meat is tender, then turn off the heat
