Steps
1 Done | Heat the vegetable oil on wok or frying pan over high heat. |
2 Done | Saute the garlic, shallots and chilies until fragrant. |
3 Done | Toss and break up rice, stir fry for 5 minutes or until heated through. |
4 Done | Season with fish sauce and oyster sauce, mix well and continue stir fry for another minute. |
5 Done | Remove the fried rice from heat and serve on the plate. Garnish with raw tomatoes, cucumbers, long beans and fresh lettuces. |
