In a bowl, combine cubed beef chunks with salt, black pepper and olive oil. |

Cut the remaining garlic into thin slices and put aside. |

Melt the butter on frying pan over high heat. Saute thinly sliced garlic until fragrant and starts to brown. |

Add in the marinated beef into the hot pan and let it sear until all sides turn to brown. |

Add in Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce and continue to cook. Stirring continuously to mix evenly for another 5 minutes. |
