Steps
1 Done | Take the bitter groud and cut into half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds. |
2 Done | Transfer the bitter groud slices in a bowl and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt. Rub the salt into all over the bitter groud slices and let it sit for 20 minutes. This salt will help to reduce the bitterness for the bitter groud. |
3 Done | Rinse with water to remove the excess salt and pat them dry with paper towel. |
4 Done | Heat the vegetable oil on skillet or wok over medium heat. Stir fry the minced garlics for about 30 seconds or until fragrant. |
5 Done | Pour in the beaten egg and allow it to sit for a while. Then stir to break it up, continue stirring for about 3 minutes or until fully cooked. |
