Directions
Seafoods sometimes can be tricky to prepare at your own kitchen. However, scallops is pretty easy to handle. Deep fried scallops is good companion for French fries during your snack time.
Steps
1 Done | Rinse the scallops and pat them dry with paper towels. |
2 Done | Prepare 3 bowls for the batter. In the first bowl, combine all purpose flour, ground black pepper and salt. |
3 Done | Heat the vegetable oil in deep fryer machine or deep skillet over medium high heat. |
4 Done | Once the oil heated, dust each of the scallop lightly with the flour mixture. Shake off the excess flour, then coat with the egg mixture and dredge in the bread crumbs. |
5 Done | Remove from the heat and drain the excess oil in the paper towels. |
