Directions
Soto ayam is a traditional Javanese food that has been popularized and modified by the people of East Java. Generally, soto ayam uses coconut milk as an ingredient in the soup mixture. But for a healthier version, let’s try the Indonesian recipe for clear soup chicken soup which is no less delicious.
Ingredients needed to make ground spices:
6 cloves of red onion
4 cloves garlic
5 pecans
1 segment of turmeric
Soto Filling Ingredients:
Cabbage that has been washed and cut into small pieces
Boiled potato
Boiled eggs
The boiled shirataki vermicelli
How to make:
Boiled chicken pieces in 1 liters of water, let stand until boiling
After boiling and the chicken is cooked, take the finely shredded chicken, set aside
Grind the ground spices and sauté the spices with coconut oil.
Don’t forget to add lemongrass, lime leaves and bay leaves until fragrant.
Mix the stir-fry with boiled chicken broth until it boils
Add the onions and tomatoes. Then give pepper, nutmeg, coriander powder, salt. You can taste and adjust the taste
After boiling and the taste is just right, serve the shirataki vermicelli, thick, egg and shredded chicken on top. Pour the soto sauce and the dish is ready to be served.
