400 grams Dark maple syrup
150 grams Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves Minced
2 tablespoons Beef broth
2 teaspoons Minced

3 tablespoons Cloves Garlic

Are you looking for a recipe with common main ingredients and yet easy to prepare? This recipe is an easy way to cook chicken, broccoli and carrots into a tasty Chinese dish.

Preparing the stir fry sauce

Whisk together corn starch and water in a mixing bowl.
Add in soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce and sesame oil. Whisk together until fully combine and set aside.

Preparing the chicken and vegetables

Wash clean the carrots and broccoli.
Thinly slice carrots and chop broccoli florets into bite sized pieces, and set aside.

Wash clean the chicken breast and slice into thin slices and set aside.

Heat one tablespoon vegetable oil on a skillet over medium high heat.
Add sliced chicken and cook for 5 minutes or until cooked through. Add salt to adjust the taste if necessary.
Remove from skillet and transfer to a plate, set aside.

Reduce heat to medium and add the second tablespoon of vegetable oil into the skillet.
Stir fry minced garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add broccoli and carrots and cooked yet still little bit crunchy.

Add the cooked chicken back into skillet and mix together to combine.

Pour in stir fry sauce into skillet and stir gently to combine evenly with chicken and vegetables.

Remove from the heat and serve while its hot with noodle or hot steamed rice.
