Yogyakarta special brongkos, in the form of black vegetable soup thanks to keluak. It contains beef, rice beans (tolo), tofu, and tempeh

5 red onions
4 cloves garlic
8 curly red chilies
2 pieces of kluwek, steamed and take the contents
3 hazelnuts

1 cm kencur
1 tsp salt

Saute the ground spices until fragrant then add the bay leaves, lime leaves, and lemon grass, then mix well.
