- 1 kg Chicken wing
- 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
- 5 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 tablespoon Ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup Hot sauce
Directions
Serve this delicious snack with chilled beer on your meet up with friends and family at home with less effort. This recipe will allow you to cook the chicken wings with crispy skin at outside and tender meat inside.
Steps
1 Done | Preheat the oven to 205 C (400 F) and place a wire rack over a baking sheet. While waiting the oven is ready, |
2 Done | In a medium or large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil and garlic powder. |
3 Done | Broil the chicken wings for 15 minutes or until the top is browned. |
4 Done | Meanwhile, make the buffalo sauce by melting the unsalted butter over medium-low heat in a small saucepan. |
5 Done | Transfer baked chicken wings to a medium size bowl and toss with the buffalo sauce until completely coated. |
6 Done | Remove from the oven and serve it while still hot with your preferred dipping sauces. |
