Serve this delicious snack with chilled beer on your meet up with friends and family at home with less effort. This recipe will allow you to cook the chicken wings with crispy skin at outside and tender meat inside.

Preheat the oven to 205 C (400 F) and place a wire rack over a baking sheet. While waiting the oven is ready,
wash clean the chicken wings and cut into drumette, wingette or tip parts if desire using a chef's knife or kitchen shears.

In a medium or large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil and garlic powder.
Add in a pinch of salt and ground pepper, then arrange the chicken wings on the wire rack.

Broil the chicken wings for 15 minutes or until the top is browned.
Flip the chicken wings and broil for another 15 minutes or until the skin is crispy.

Meanwhile, make the buffalo sauce by melting the unsalted butter over medium-low heat in a small saucepan.
Then remove from the heat and whisk in the hot sauce, honey and salt, try to taste the sauce and adjust the level of spiciness as you desire.

Transfer baked chicken wings to a medium size bowl and toss with the buffalo sauce until completely coated.
Return the chicken wings to the rack and broil until the sauce caramelizes, or about 3 minutes.
