One of the most famous Japanese dishes is Sushi. When referring to history, this name is actually a technique of preserving fish on salted rice. However, over time, not only the fish are eaten, but rice is also eaten. It’s just a way to add vegetables and nori to add flavor.

2 spoons of Japanese rice (I used fluffier rice)
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp water

1 pc Carrot, sliced ​​lengthwise and boiled

1 egg
4 pcs crab sticks (I used beef sausage)

Prepare all the ingredients, then briefly grill the sausage and egg omelette until cooked (cut lengthwise)
Make a solution of lime + water + sugar + salt instead of rice vinegar. Pour into the rice. Stir gently until smooth.

Take 1 sheet of nori. Place the rice on top of the nori, smooth it out. Arrange carrots, cucumbers, eggs and sausage. Give mayonnaise to taste. Roll the sushi with the help of a roll mat and an ice pack.
