A hamburger (or burger for short) is a food consisting of fillings —usually a patty of ground meat, typically beef—placed inside a sliced bun or bread roll. Hamburgers are often served with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, bacon, or chilis; condiments such as ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, relish, or a “special sauce”, often a variation of Thousand Island dressing; and are frequently placed on sesame seed buns. A hamburger topped with cheese is called a cheeseburger

Mix the minced beef, salt, ground pepper, mushroom broth, garlic, onions, English soy sauce and soy sauce.

Knead and mix well then divide into 3 parts.
Round each part and press until slightly flattened. Set aside.
Heat margarine in Teflon and roast the burger meat until it turns brown on medium-low heat.

When it is brown on both sides remove it.
Prepare burger buns and spread with mayonnaise and hot sauce on the inside.

Arrange the burger-lettuce-meat-mayonnaise and hot sauce-cheese-tomato-bread slices.
Homemade burgers are ready to be enjoyed.
