Korean Corn Cheese Recipe
It's best to use the fresh corn and fresh vegetables instead the canned one
1 1/2 cups Fresh corn
50 grams Green peas
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 1/2 tablespoons Mayonaise
15 grams Unsalted butter
1/2 tablespoons Sugar
To taste Salt
To taste Ground black pepper

Remove the corn kernels from the cob.
Cut the carrot into small dices.
In a mixing bowl, combine the corn, green peas and carrot. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper, mayonnaise and sugar.
Stir to mix them well.
Heat the skillet over the medium high heat, add the butter and let it melt, then reduce the heat to low.
Add the corn mixture into the skillet and spread around the skillet evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top and let it cook on the stove for 5 minutes or until the cheese completely melted.
Or you can place in the top rack of the oven and high broil for 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from the heat and serve it.
