Marinade seasoning:
1 lime
Salt to taste
Seasoning Ingredients:
Pure honey to taste
10 cloves of red onion
7 tbsp sweet soy sauce
Enough cayenne pepper
4 cloves garlic
4 pecans
2 bay leaves
1 tsp coriander
1 finger ginger
1 finger galangal
1 tbsp cooking oil
Water, salt, sugar and pepper to taste
Supplementary material:
Cabbage
Basil leave
Bokor lettuce
Tomatoes
Cucumber
How to cook a honey-grilled chicken archipelago recipe:
Marinate chicken with lime juice and salt, let stand for 30 minutes.
Puree the onion, garlic, chili, candlenut, coriander, ginger, and galangal then stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the bay leaf, sugar, salt, pepper, sweet soy sauce, and honey, stir until evenly distributed.
Add chicken.
Pour in the water and cover the chicken until the cooking water shrinks.
Drain the chicken from the ungkep seasoning and set aside the seasoning as a spread.
Roast chicken meat on Teflon that has been smeared with margarine.
Coat the chicken with the ungkep seasoning and honey, grill until cooked.
