Mozzarella sticks is much more better if you prepare yourself. All you need to do is just prepare few ingredients, and follow the steps to make a better mozzarella sticks.

Cut the mozzarella into 3/4 inch x 3/4 inch strips.

Prepare 3 different bowl. In the first bowl, beat the eggs and milk with a whisk.
Place bread crumbs in the second bowl. And combine all purpose flour and corn starch in the third bowl.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Coat each stick with flour mixture. Then dip in egg mixture. Last, roll in bread crumbs.

Remove from the heat and drain the excess oil on paper towels.
