Steps
1 Done | Wash and peel the potatoes. Coarsely grate the potatoes using a hand grater. |
2 Done | Transfer the grated potatoes to a mixing bowl. Add in the crushed garlic and marjoram. Season with salt and black pepper. If desired, add in caraway seeds. Stir them all together. |
3 Done | Beat the eggs and milk in a separate bowl. Add the eggs mixture into the potatoes bowl, and mix them well. |
4 Done | Gradually add in the all purpose flour and stir continuously to form a thick batter. |
5 Done | Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. |
6 Done | Fry the pancake for 3 to 4 minutes or until turns to golden brown, flip and continue fry the other side. |
7 Done | Remove from the heat and drain the excess oil using paper towel. Taste the pancake and adjust the seasoning if necessary. |
