Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers

Almost nobody can resist the crispy baked bacon on a plate! This recipe allows you to make crispy, cheesy and spicy snack at home. And for sure, everyone will love this food!

Preheat the oven to 200 C (400 F). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Prepare the jalapeno by halve lengthwise. Use the tip of a small spoon to scrape out the seeds and ribs. Put aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Stir until well combined.

Fill each of the jalapeno half with about 2-3 teaspoons of the cream cheese mixture or until there is a slight dome on top. If there is leftover of the cheese mixture, distribute the leftover evenly to all jalapeno halves.

Then wrap each of stuffed jalapeno with a slice of bacon. Make sure to wrap jalapeno completely and the cheese is covered, secure the bacon with toothpicks.

Transfer to the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the bacon is cooked through and crisp and the pepper is soften.

Remove from the heat and let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
