Directions
Nasi uduk is a dish made from steamed steamed white rice with coconut milk and seasoned with nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, lemon grass and pepper.
Steps
1 Done | How to make :Wash the rice until clean and then set aside |
2 Done | Boil the coconut milk then add the bay leaf and lemongrass |
3 Done | Do not forget to include cloves, cinnamon and pepper and salt |
4 Done | Stir until boiling then add coconut milk and rice |
5 Done | Steam until the rice is cooked until it becomes rice and ready to serve |
