Directions
Pakora is a popular Indian snack made from besan (chickpea flour) and various vegetables, typically deep-fried until crispy and golden.

In a large bowl, mix together the besan, cumin, coriander, turmeric, red chili powder, baking powder, and salt. |

Add all the mixed vegetables to the bowl and mix well. |

Gradually add in water to make a thick batter, about the consistency of pancake batter. |

Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. |

Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until they are golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. |
