
Spaghetti Frittata
with bacon and cheese
If desired, add some vegetables to the frittata. Some of options that goes well are baby spinach, green onion or parsley
Ingredients

8 ounces Spaghetti

4 slices Bacon

1/2 cup Milk

6 Eggs

1 tablespoon Butter

1/2 cup Mozarella cheese

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions
This cooking recipe offer another variant to enjoy the spaghetti, from the ordinary carbonara and aglio olio. Mix the spaghetti with eggs and add other preferred ingredients to meet your own frittata taste. From cheesy and savory taste to spicy one.
Preheat the oven to 350 F (176 C).
Cook the spaghetti according to package directions and drain. Set aside.
While pasta is cooking, heat the skillet over medium-high temperature and fry the sliced bacon until crispy or around 6 minutes.
Remove the bacon from the heat and drain the excess oil on paper towels.
In a medium bowl, beat the eggs and add in milk, butter, mozarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper. Whisk them all together.
Toss fried bacon and cooked spaghetti to skillet until everything is combined. Pour in the egg mixture and toss again.
Cook over medium heat on the stovetop for 3-5 minutes or until the edges just start to set and crust develops.
Remove the skillet from heat and transfer to the oven and continue cook for 10 minutes or until eggs set.
Remove the skillet from oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes. Cut the frittata into wedges and serve.
