Who can resist chocolate dessert? Almost all of us love to spoon in sweet chocolate pudding to our mouth, this recipe offer interesting way to enjoy chocolate in smoother texture.

In a saucepan, combine 2 cups of milk with 1/4 cup of sugar and salt, boil it and stir together over medium heat.

In a bowl, whisk cornstarch and unsweetened cocoa powder with the remaining sugar until it blended.
Then add the remaining milk and whisk until smooth. Whisk this mixture into hot milk in saucepan and boil over medium heat.
Whisk constantly and simmer until the pudding is thick enough, about 3 minutes.

In another bowl, whisk 1 whole egg with 2 yolks. Gradually whisk a cup or hot cocoa pudding into the eggs until incorporated,
then scrape back into the saucepan. Cook over medium heat and whisk constantly about 3 minutes.

Remove from the heat and add in butter and vanilla, whisk until the butter melted and incorporated.

Transfer the pudding into small cup and serve it warm with mint leaf and chocolate chips if desired.
Or let it cool before chill the pudding in refrigerator until serving.
