Pecak gurame is a simple dish. Originally, pecak gurame is a Betawi food that is similar to the East Javanese pecel catfish, which is fried fish tossed with spicy peanut sauce.

20 red onions
10 pieces fried
3 cloves of garlic
10 curly red chilies
5 cayenne pepper
15 hazelnuts
4 cm ginger
4 cm kencur
4 cm turmeric
1 tsp salt

Coat the carp with lime juice and salt. Leave for 15 minutes, then drain
